SHIPPING POLICY
Payment
We accept payment through Visa or Mastercard for online orders. We will also accept e-transfers. In order to complete an e-transfer, please send us a message at info@emilycraigimports.com and provide your phone number. We will call you within 2 business days of your request.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across the province of Ontario and aim to have deliveries arrive within 5 business days of ordering. For more remote locations within the province, we may require a case minimum in order to qualify for free shipping and delivery might take up to 10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us right away. A replacement (or a refund if a replacement is not available) will be provided within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty Product
Corked wine can be replaced or refunded within six months of delivery. Please notify us of any cork taint or faults that you detect. We ask that you do not pour the wine out but instead leave at least three quarters of wine in the bottle. We will work with you to arrange pickup of the the bottle, wine, cork and the rest of the case – along with your proof of purchase – in order to iniate a replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not available, we will honour a refund.
