Can I chill my red wine?

How long should I chill my wine before drinking?

• If you have 30 minutes, pop your wine in the fridge.
• If you have less time, try the freezer – but don’t forget about it!
• Or, if you’re keeping an ice bucket available for your whites/rosés, rest your red wine on top of the ice for 10-15 minutes and you’ll have the perfect serving temperature.

Aim to bring the wines to 12-13 degrees Celcius.
