Did you know Sweden made wine? 🤯 I was traveling in the southern province of Skåne recently and realized there is a small amount of Swedish viticulture taking place, mostly using the #vitisvinifera white grape ‘Solaris’. I ended up trying a half bottle of the 2021 Terra Scania from Klagshamn Vineyards. This wine had been affected by Noble Rot (on purpose) leaving about 8g/L residual sugar, and was barrel aged. It had great acidity, and was actually the perfect match for an outdoor #Midsommar celebration!
